Lomo Ibérico Cebo loin, is characterised by its slightly marbled appearance once sliced and it's melt in your mouth sweet - nutty flavours. The careful curing takes place in natural cellars during a minimum of six months. Lomo should be cut into thin slices and served at room temperature. Store in a cool, dark place, perfect for hanging in the pantry! Gluten free.
