Lomo Ibérico loin, is characterised by its slightly marbled appearance once sliced and it's melt in your mouth sweet - nutty flavours. The careful curing takes place in natural cellars during a minimum of six months. Store in the fridge.  Lomo is best served in thin slices and served at room temperature.  Gluten free.
